Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic evaluations involve technician labor and testing equipment usage. If a diagnostic fee applies, it will be communicated prior to inspecting the device and is non-refundable once diagnosis is complete.

2. Service Cancellations

• Before Repair Start: You may cancel your service request free of charge prior to approving the final repair quote.

• After Repair Approval: If work has commenced or special parts have been unsealed/ordered, cancellations may be subject to a nominal labor or restocking fee.

3. Warranty & Parts Replacement

• Labor Charges: Service fees for completed labor, thermal maintenance, and system recovery are non-refundable once delivered.

• Hardware Warranty: Replacement parts installed by Billmatrickstore come with a limited service warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective parts within the warranty window will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
